Hi, I’m Laura- A specialist Physiotherapist in Musculoskeletal injuries with 20 years of experience in injury assessment and rehabilitation. 

My career has spanned Professional Rugby, Private Practice, and 15 years within the NHS, with a speciality in Orthopaedics. Throughout this time, I have focused predominantly on the management of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, developing advanced skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, and complex rehabilitation. I can combine my expertise with consideration of the client's medical circumstances, mobility requirements and individual goals.

I remain a very hands-on physiotherapist, driving my career forward by continuing to develop my evidence-based, person-specific practice. I hold two BSc degrees in both Sports Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy. I further enjoy the principles of Pilates and strength training, often integrating these into rehabilitation plans.
