Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates emphasises core strength, posture, flexibility, and controlled movement, helping you develop a strong and balanced body while lowering the risk of injury. Each exercise is carefully guided with focus on alignment, breathing, and muscle activation, ensuring movements are safe, effective, and suitable for various fitness levels.

With a Physiotherapist’s expertise, sessions also include modifications and progressions tailored to individual needs, making it ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone aiming to improve movement quality and overall physical wellbeing.

Pre-Mat Pilates Physiotherapy Assessment

This initial assessment aims to evaluate any current pain or injuries, movement patterns, exercise background, and medical history before commencing your Pilates Reformer Training programme. This allows for the development of a customised training plan aligned with your body’s specific requirements.
